i live on the premises of my job. who,s responsibility is it to up keep my private quarters.?
my partner and i live and work as a golf club steward and stewardess. our private quarters which belongs to the golf club were decorated last year. unfortunately our kitchen was fitted with units were you can,t fit a plate in ( there too small ) we are still awaiting cupboard doors and painting. is there anything in law to suggest they are breaking the employment law .
Just make do if I was you. If you complain too loudly, they may decide to terminate your employment in some way. They will know they can replace you quite easily with the current economic climate.
